One significant area for improvement is the inconsistent room service. during my stay, my orders were often forgotten or delayed, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel claimed amenities like a steam room and salt room, but they weren’t included in the stay. you had to pay extra. Bottled water was only provided on the first night, with no refills during the stay, which is disappointing for a supposed 5-star establishment. On a separate visit to the pool, drink orders were mixed up, leading to confusion over the bill, and breakfast service sometimes lagged, with items forgotten. while I had a pleasant stay, it lacked the polish typical of similar upscale hotels.

The indoor pool made my stay enjoyable, with warm water that the kids loved. The family room setup was perfect, allowing us to be together in one spacious area. Breakfast offered a diverse spread, but staff occasionally forgot our drink orders, creating a bit of frustration. Communication with staff was hit or miss. some were accommodating, while others struggled with English. The first impression was a mix of luxury and mismanagement, specifically with the lack of available bottled water beyond check-in. the ambiance and facilities were nice but not quite up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel.

The pool area was a lovely spot to unwind 🏖️. I had some hiccups with drink orders and they mixed up my bill. pretty decent!
